In this capacity, he oversaw all aspects of collateral diligence for ABL borrowers across both Investment and Commercial Bank sectors. His leadership extended to transactions ranging from $5 million to $6 billion, including Direct Lending and Private Equity deals.
As a recognized Subject Matter Expert, Lawrence provided authoritative guidance on cross-border ABL collateral, managing diligence efforts for diverse asset classes across North America, Western and Central Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. He has also shared his knowledge as a speaker on ABL diligence and cross-border collateral issues for SFNet and other prominent industry organizations.
A graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Lawrence combines his technical expertise with a passion for mentoring and thought leadership in the ABL field. He resides in central New Jersey with his wife, Lisa, and enjoys an active personal life that includes cheering for Philadelphia sports teams, cooking, and traveling.
