Lauren Steil is Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at GA Merchant Solutions, where she helps retailers and brands unlock value from excess inventory through innovative liquidation and secondary-market strategies.
Drawing on deep experience in off-price retail, reverse logistics, inventory liquidation, and resale channels, Lauren brings a commercially focused, partnership-driven approach to every engagement. Before joining GA Group, she led business development at Channel Control Merchants and, most recently, SVT Logistics. Across these roles, she built strategic programs and trusted relationships throughout the retail, liquidation, and supply-chain ecosystem.
Lauren is known for turning complex inventory challenges into practical, value-creating solutions. She works closely with partners to understand their objectives, bring together the right capabilities, and develop tailored programs that maximize recoveries while supporting liquidity and sustainability goals.
She is passionate about building long-term partnerships that help brands and retailers move inventory more intelligently, recover greater value, and transform excess product into growth opportunities.
Lauren holds a degree in Psychology from Lee University and is the proud mother of three children.
