Justin Anderson is a Managing Director with GA Group's Advisory & Valuation Services segment, where he leads client and referral-partner relationships throughout the Midwest. Based in the greater Chicago area, he brings extensive experience in middle-market finance, asset-based lending, and complex capital solutions.
Throughout his career, Justin has advised businesses and collaborated with lenders, investors, and sponsors to address financing and liquidity needs. He leverages more than 10 years of experience as both a direct lender and intermediary to provide strategic capital planning and transaction execution for clients. His background spanning lending, capital markets, and relationship management supports GA Group's continued expansion and deepens client relationships across the region.
Prior to joining GA Group, Justin held senior positions at Crown Partners and Great Rock Capital, where he focused on developing and managing relationships with clients, sponsors, and bank and non-bank ABL platform contacts throughout the Midwest. Justin began his career in commercial lending at Metropolitan Capital, where he helped lead the firm's investment banking and debt advisory practices as Head of the Midwest Region.
Justin earned a B.B.A. in Organizational Management and a B.A. in Spanish Language, with honors, from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, Secured Finance Network, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Outside of work and travel, Justin enjoys working on his golf game and spending time with his wife and two children in Western Springs, Illinois.
