Curt Germany, Jr., CVA, brings a wealth of specialized expertise and a proven history of growth -oriented leadership to GA Group. He joined the firm in February 2026 as Senior Managing Director to lead the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice with a mandate to build a best-in-class financial advisory platform with deep specialization in Valuation, Quality of Earnings (QofE), Litigation Support, Fairness & Solvency Opinions, and CFO Advisory.
Prior to joining GA Group, Curt led the turnaround of boutique valuation and litigation firm HSSK, LLC and guided the firm through an M&A process that culminated in its sale to Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P. At Weaver, Curt served as Partner-in-Charge of of Valuation Services where he drove transformative growth and practice development through high level recruiting, internal talent development and strategic acquisitions. Prior to his role at Weaver, Curt built a distinguished career holding executive positions across top-tier financial services and accounting firms, including Houlihan Lokey, CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC, and Fidelity Investments.
Curt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He also holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts®.
